I was hired to improve digital communications on both a strategic and tactical level. Following an initial discovery phase to determine the needs of the organisation I began to develop an updated approach to digital.

This was followed by the development of the social media channels with the in-house team. We set goals, agreed an approach and finalised a digital tone-of-voice for our work.

This was followed by a full revamp of the NCFA website.

I managed this project, designed the site structure and wrote the copy for this piece of work.

I supported this work by establishing processes that streamlined the creation and publishing of content. This enabled the in-house team to maximise their resources and deliver quality content. This resulted in a large increase in engagement on social media channels and improved website engagement.
